Fantastic Apartment
What an amazing apartment!!
Beautifully equipped apartment of the highest standard. Comfortable and very clean. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and dealt with all of our queries very quickly and efficiently. The pool area was very well kept with a good sized pool. We loved the area where the apartment was, very near to amazing restaurants and bars. Lots of choices of excellent restaurants to eat in for breakfasts, lunches and evening meals at competitive prices. Two local supermarkets were within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Ideal for group holidays or families. We look forward to returning in the future!!

"This was really a 5 star penthouse. The accommodation was generous,bright and airy .The accommodation is beautifully decorated and pristine. The facilities in the penthouse make it so easy for a family of 6, with 4 young children to enjoy the holiday...
The veranda is huge and comes complete with garden furniture and charcoal bar-b -q to have a nice night in...
The penthouse is only 5-10 minutes walk from the main 'strip' which is full of bars shops and restaurants...There is loads to do for families including a boat trip to see the dolphins and zoo marine....The owner gave us a very personal service,always on hand to share advice and help us to deal with queries.This was the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. I would thoroughly reccomend it to family and friends. We'll be back!!!

"The apartment truly is 5 star accomodation!!! The apartment was massive in size! The large terrace balcony was perfect for relaxing and outdoor dining. The range of appliances included was brilliant...The location is brilliant – the property is close to the exit of the complex and is literally a 5min walk to bars & restaurants on ‘The Strip’ and a max 10min walk to the beach...
We all gave it 10/10. I can't say enough positives about it - BOOK IT!

"We Loved this place, and with 2 babies it was prefect. We had a 1 year old and a 6 month old and it was very safe to allow the 1 year old to crawl where ever he liked...The pools were great - perfect kids pool, rather cold though...With cars there is a great shopping centre a 10min drive away...This holiday was made very easy with a great appartment, very clean and good size...very quiet area and window shutters ment we had no noise and no problems sleeping in exactly what you need on a holiday, also felt very safe."

"This is a fantastic apartment with everything you will need for a fantastic holiday! I travelled with my two children 20 and 17 and their best friends and everyone was so impressed with this lovely apartment...It is in a very secure block with a private lift to the apartment. Fully airconditioned, electric shutters huge living and sleeping space, all with luxury fittings. Beach about a 15 minute walk but a lovely pool on complex. We will definately be back."

Great Apartment
"We had a great time and the penthouse was perfect...it's great to get that personal treatment and be brought directly to your apartment rather than getting a coach. The transfer time was less than 30 minutes and Corcovada is so central. Only a few minutes from the centre of the strip. We certainly didn't need a car...when Louise let me into the apartment first I knew I had made the right decision to book it and that my wife, Caroline and her sister’s family would thank me. There was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 3 children...The kitchen was great with everything you would have if you were at home...We spent a lot of time on the balcony and the kids spent time in the sitting room watching tv and dvds...We ate very well in the Palacette restaurant, Os Compadres and Obuino’s...Many thanks, Paul, and I would recommend the penthouse to anyone going to the Algarve."

First Rate Family holiday
"We are just back from a 10 night stay at this fabulous, luxury apartment...The apartment is very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The air conditioning was excellent, especially given that it reached 41 degrees one of the days! The balcony is huge and there is a bbq, complete with charcoal if you wish to use it... On the whole the apartment is very centrally located, but in a very quiet area. There were plenty of resturaunts and bars to choose from, all within close reach. A train runs every 20 minutes from the strip to the old town and only costs 2 euros.
We were taken direct to our destinations and the drivers gave us loads of useful tips about places to go and things to do. What an improvement on previous package holidays, where you spend an hour going around apartments and hotels picking up other people then you have to stand in a huge queue to get in.
This brings me to my final comment, which is about the customer service provided to us by the owner. How refreshing to be able to get a personal service where you can email or phone up with a query and it is answered promptly, efficiently and with good humour.

Our premium property, this Superb Penthouse has an immediate and lasting impression of spaciousness, with luxury finishings and furnishings. There is a large dining and living room area. The feel good factor it will add to your holiday will be palpable to all visitors. A unique feature of this apartment is the south facing balcony( 450 sq ft) which enjoys sun from dawn until dusk. It guarantees glorious breakfasts and evenings of wine & al fresco dining/ entertainment. It is beautifully furnished and is planted with tropical plants in various large containers. It is accessed by 3 Patio doors leading from both Lounge & Kitchen for ease of service.

All bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and high ceilinged. All are cooled or heated for the varied seasons.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped for the most discerning of Cooks, family needs and informal snacking.

Two large bathrooms, shower over baths, toilets & bidets, fully tiled ceiling to floor, mirrored and electrically fitted out for hair dryer and shavers. Nothing is needed from home.

The 'Strip', Tourist Mini Train, restaurants, bars, night clubs, taxi rank are all within a 2 minute walk of the Apartment. The Old Town & its beach is only a 1 stop mini train ride away, with escallators onto beach, great for kids and parents. Albufeira is centred in the middle of the 'Algarve' so all Coastal towns and tourist resorts are within 1 hour drive on the Coastal motorway. This motorway and roads to Villamoura/ Vale de Lobo for all the major Golf Courses are accessed from the 'Globe Roundabout' beside Corcovada complex.

The largest shopping centre on the Algarve, close to Guia, is a 10 minute drive.
Cape St Vincent, west Coast surfing, Lagos, & other historical towns, the natural Parks of western Algarve are all easily accessed.

The east coast, Tavira, Cabanas, beautiful islands and beaches of the Ria Formosa, & Seville, Spain are all easily accessed as well (Border is 1 hour drive).

For the real Algarve inland - Monchique, Alte,Silves, etc are easily accessed.

Centrally located for accessing all Algarve Golf Clubs: Most Golf Courses are within a 20 Minute drive. Even the most distant, close to the Spanish border, are less than 1 hours drive.

Children: Children have their own pools. There is a play area at the Corcovada Club & Restaurant where there is another Pool. They are close to many beautiful beaches and the kids will love the many theme parks which are easily accessed from this property - Zoo Marine, Aqua Land and many more. All sports activities are catered for and our agents will take care of suggestions and advice. Mini train - this takes you to the Old Town/ Beach in 1 stop from the Apartment. No long walks and it arrives right beside the Escalators that deposit you onto the beach, and back up. Who said Albufeira was hilly? Not any more. The Day ticket allows you to ride on it as often as you like - so go down to the beach in the mornings, back for dressing up, down for nightlife until 03.00 hrs. when the train stops. Theme Parks abound. See our Agent or visit the nearby Tourist Office.

Walks, Nature, Safaris: Walking in the Algarve is a beautiful experience, along Coastlines particularly but also inland. Tourist offices all over the Algarve have maps and suggestions. You can also book 4 wheel drive safari day trips into the Cork forests, small farms for lunch, local craft centres and many things which would remain hidden from the casual tourist. Bird life is rich and varied and there are large numbers of areas where you can see great concentrations.

Golf: This property lies close to the main road into Villamoura & Vale de Lobo, which allows you to access all the great courses of the Central Algarve. All courses on the Algarve are within 1 hours drive because of Albufeira's geographical central position to the whole Algarve region. So it is an ideal location for Golfers.

Surfing: Excellent surfing on west coast, under 1hr on motorway.
